EAFlow LLC ("EAFlow", "we") operates the eaflow.io website and the EAFlow platform. This policy describes how we handle information associated with use of the public site and with initial commercial interactions with prospects and clients.
The handling of operational information inside a platform deployment contracted by a client organization is governed by the corresponding service agreement and by the data processing agreements signed with that organization.
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum necessary to respond to your interest and operate the site:
- Contact data you provide: name, email, organization and message when you request a demo, write to hello@eaflow.io or schedule a conversation.
- Anonymized visit metrics: page views, approximate country, device type and referral source, without profiling individuals.
- Operational technical data: server access logs for security and availability.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
3. How we use it
We use the data solely to:
- Respond to your request for information, demo or commercial conversation.
- Coordinate meetings and next contractual steps agreed with you.
- Keep the site running, measure aggregate performance and prevent abuse.
4. Who we share it with
We do not share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We share it only when:
- It is necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, a scheduling platform where you book a meeting with us).
- It is required by applicable law or a competent authority with valid jurisdiction.
