Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EAFlow LLC's services ("EAFlow", "we"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Scope of service

EAFlow offers an Operational Graph platform for enterprise clients under scoped projects and assisted implementation. The specific scope, deliverables and commercial conditions are defined case by case in an independent service agreement.

3. Authorized use

You agree to use the service only for the purposes set out in your contract. The following is not permitted:

  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
  • Using the service for unlawful activities or to violate third-party rights.
  • Uploading content you are not legally authorized to handle.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or other users.

4. Intellectual property

EAFlow, its platform, source code, trademarks and documentation are property of EAFlow LLC. Use of the service does not transfer intellectual property rights to the client, except as explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Content your organization uploads to the system remains your property. EAFlow processes it only within the authorized scope.

5. Confidentiality

EAFlow treats operational information uploaded to the service as confidential. We do not share it with third parties without explicit authorization, except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". EAFlow does not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAFlow shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service.

Specific scope of liability and service level agreements are established in the commercial contract between the parties.

7. Modifications

EAFlow may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the service after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of incorporation of EAFlow LLC. Any dispute will be resolved as set out in the corresponding service contract.
