Financial Services — Operational Graph for IT change, governance and audit.
Four cross-industry solutions
and the customer onboarding and review path.

EAFlow applies to Financial Services along two lines. The four cross-industry solutions cover the IT layer: change governance, process knowledge, document evidence and change impact. And the Operational Graph coordinates the sector's business paths, starting with customer onboarding and review: documentation, observations, evidence and the decision in force in one file. Built on Operational Graph. Assisted implementation.

EAFlow blueprint with regulated IT governance for financial services: a table of applications by regulation (BCBS 239, FATF, PCI DSS, MiFID II, GDPR) with control and evidence state — one evidence gap highlighted in amber — and a side panel with regulated IT compliance.

01 · What this page is

Financial Services applicability of EAFlow.

IT-side use cases — regulatory compliance, audit traceability, change management over critical systems, process knowledge for operational risk — are addressed through EAFlow's four cross-industry solutions (Change Impact, Process Knowledge, Service Operations Governance, Document Governance & Evidence). All four operate cross-industry on the same Operational Graph and route directly into Financial Services IT environments.

Alongside that layer there are business paths the organization coordinates every day. The first one is customer onboarding and review: the request or the event comes in, documentation is gathered, reviews are coordinated, and the decision in force is recorded with its owner. When the scope goes beyond what the cross-industry solutions and the configurable paths resolve, a scoped project opens on the same Operational Graph.

02 · Track 1

For enterprise IT.

When the need is IT-side — change governance over regulated systems, process knowledge for operational risk, document evidence for regulatory audits, change impact across critical financial applications — the four cross-industry solutions apply directly. Each one is a cross-industry solution on the Operational Graph, available through assisted implementation, and routes to the IT side of a Financial Services estate: banks, insurers, capital markets, fintech and payment processors.

These four cross-industry solutions are the primary entry point for Financial Services. For specialized scopes beyond them, see Custom Operational Graph projects →

03 · Track 2

For business, risk and compliance areas.

On the business side, EAFlow coordinates the file: who is asking, what documentation is missing, which observations remain open, what was decided and on what evidence. The paths are configured with each organization's own rules on BPMflow and connect to the systems that already carry the operation.

Path · Customers

Customer onboarding and review

The work does not end at onboarding. An expiry date, a relevant change or a periodic review calls for new documentation and another decision. EAFlow coordinates the path — onboarding, reviews triggered by expiry or by change, observations, evidence and the decision in force — and keeps the outcome explicit: approval, restriction, suspension, rejection or termination, according to the organization's own rules.

Specialist verifiers — lists and screening, scoring, regulatory sources — contribute their result as an input to the case, recorded with its date and its scope. The regulatory decision, and the accountability for it, stay with whoever holds them.

Custom · Scoped project

Custom Operational Graph projects

For organization-specific compliance, risk, audit or change-management work that goes beyond the four cross-industry solutions, EAFlow delivers scoped engagements on the same Operational Graph kernel — focused scope, built with the organization's own team.

The sector's specialist engines — risk models, fraud detection, list screening, core banking, trading and payments — live with their vendors and with the teams accountable for them. EAFlow contributes case coordination, traceability and evidence on the graph, and records their outputs as an input to the file.
