Insurance — Operational Graph for IT, compliance and risk context.
Cross-industry only today:
Insurance verticality is a future opportunity.

EAFlow applies to Insurance through the four cross-industry solutions: IT change governance, process knowledge, document evidence and change impact. Built on Operational Graph. There is no "Insurance Resilience Suite" productized today — Insurance verticality remains a future platform-base opportunity. Assisted implementation.

EAFlow blueprint with insurance IT compliance: a table of applications by regulation (Solvencia II, GDPR, IFRS 17, LOPD) with control and audit state — one control gap highlighted in amber — and a side panel with insurance IT compliance.

01 · What this page is

Insurance applicability of EAFlow.

Insurance use cases — regulatory compliance, claims process knowledge, policy documentation, change governance for IT regulated systems — are addressed through EAFlow's four cross-industry solutions (Change Impact, Process Knowledge, Change Governance for IT, Document & Evidence Management). All four operate cross-industry on the same Operational Graph, and all four route directly into Insurance IT environments.

Per doctrine v2.3, the "Insurance Resilience Suite" framing was explicitly retired. Insurance as a vertical wrapper is a FUTURE platform-base opportunity — only if scope and evidence accumulate around specific applications of Process Knowledge or Change Impact (claims, policy, audit). Today, the Operational Graph supports Insurance organizations through cross-industry only patterns and scoped Custom engagements — there is no productized Insurance vertical offering.

Four cross-industry solutions, one Operational Graph. Insurance verticality is a future opportunity, not a product today.

02 · Track 1

For enterprise IT.

If your need is IT-side — change governance over regulated insurance IT systems, process knowledge for operational risk and claims processes, document evidence for regulatory audits, change impact across critical insurance applications — the 4 cross-industry solutions apply directly. Each one is an application on the Operational Graph, available through assisted implementation, scoped cross-industry, and routes to the IT side of an Insurance estate (life, P&C, health, reinsurance, brokerages, insurtech).

These four cross-industry solutions are the primary entry point for Insurance. For specialized scopes beyond them, see Custom Operational Graph projects →

03 · Track 2

For operations, claims, and risk areas.

EAFlow does NOT productize "Insurance Resilience Suite" or any Insurance-vertical end-to-end product. Per doctrine v2.3, Insurance verticality is a FUTURE platform-base opportunity — only with scoped engagement and evidenced repeatability. For organization-specific Insurance needs beyond the cross-industry solutions, scoped Custom Operational Graph projects apply.

Custom · Scoped project

Custom Operational Graph projects

For organization-specific Insurance compliance, claims process, audit or change-management work that goes beyond the four cross-industry solutions, EAFlow delivers scoped engagements built on the same Operational Graph kernel — focused scope, built with you. This is the path for Insurance-specific needs that don't fit a cross-industry off-the-shelf, and the channel through which a future Insurance accelerator may eventually take shape.

See Custom Operational Graph projects →

Future opportunity: as scope and evidence accumulate around Insurance applications of Process Knowledge or Change Impact (claims, policy, audit), a ratified Insurance accelerator may emerge. Today, this is NOT a productized offering.

What EAFlow does NOT cover in Insurance:

  • "Insurance Resilience Suite" or any end-to-end Insurance vertical product
  • Underwriting platforms / actuarial systems
  • Claims processing engines / claims orchestration
  • Policy administration systems (core insurance)
  • Reinsurance workflows
  • Bordereaux / treaty management
  • ML-based fraud detection
  • Industry-specific GRC suites for Insurance (e.g., ORSA, Solvency II compliance end-to-end)

For specialized Insurance verticals (underwriting, claims orchestration, reinsurance, etc.), EAFlow partners with sector specialists. EAFlow itself focuses on the IT change / process knowledge / document evidence layer.

Does not productize an "Insurance Resilience Suite", underwriting platforms, claims orchestration, policy administration, reinsurance workflows, bordereaux/treaty management, ML fraud detection or end-to-end Insurance GRC suites — those route to sector specialists.
