Manufacturing — Operational Graph for plant and IT processes.
Document quality, suppliers and contractors
and the industrial change cycle.

EAFlow connects the people, rules and systems that already sustain a plant so work moves forward with clear owners and verifiable evidence: current quality documents and non-conformities, supplier enablement and service, contracts and SLA compliance, contractors and interventions, and the industrial change cycle. For the IT organization, four cross-industry change and knowledge solutions run on the same context. Built on Operational Graph. Assisted implementation.

EAFlow blueprint for manufacturing: a mixed table with the IT organization systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR) and the quality system ones (QMS, DocCenter, SOPs) with their audit state — one evidence gap highlighted in amber — and a side panel with coverage across both fronts.

01 · What this page is

What EAFlow solves in Manufacturing.

A plant lives with documents that must stay current, suppliers to be enabled and paid, contractors who come in to intervene an asset, and changes that need assessment before they are executed. That work crosses different areas, systems and owners, and ends up spread across email, spreadsheets and whatever record each system keeps on its own.

EAFlow connects that path on the Operational Graph: every case stays joined to the document, the supplier, the contract, the asset, the area and the person accountable, with the evidence backing each step. Four entry points are developed today — document quality and non-conformities, supplier enablement and service, contracts and SLA compliance, and the coordination of contractors, interventions and industrial change — and alongside them run the cross-industry change and knowledge solutions the IT organization uses on the same context.

EAFlow coordinates the process record: who requests, which rules apply, what evidence remains and how it ends. Plant-floor execution stays in the systems that already run it.

03 · Scope

Where EAFlow comes in on the plant side.

The most developed entry point on the production side is document quality: the quality and food-safety management system, with its current documents, approvals, per-plant traceability and the non-conformity and corrective-action path.

Quality Document Management for CPG

Built on: Document Governance & Evidence

Governance of the living documents of the quality and food-safety system: versions, approvals, publication and per-plant traceability, with the non-conformity and corrective-action path and its evidence. Built for consumer packaged goods manufacturers — food & beverage, household care, personal care, packaged goods. The scope is documentary: it does not substitute the MES or the plant-floor systems.

On the intervention side, the contractor and industrial change path — request, assessment, committee, implementation, pre-start-up review, authorization and closure with its record — is developed in the Oil & Gas Industrial MOC accelerator. In Manufacturing, the concrete sequence and controls are defined with each plant's own process.

EAFlow coordinates the record, the rules and the evidence of the process. Plant-floor execution — MES, SCADA/HMI systems and industrial control — stays in its own systems and with sector specialists, and their outputs are registered as input and evidence of the record.

04 · For the IT organization

Change and knowledge across the application estate.

If the need is IT-side — change and release governance over the application portfolio, process knowledge for operations, document evidence for audits, the impact of a change across the systems that sustain the operation — four cross-industry solutions apply. Each one is a cross-industry solution on the Operational Graph, available through assisted implementation, and shares its context with the plant processes.

For consumer packaged goods manufacturers, document quality has its own accelerator: Quality Document Management for CPG →

Specific customer references in Manufacturing are made public only when explicit authorization is granted.

One concrete process is the best starting point: the document that reached the plant already expired, the supplier payment on hold, the work still waiting for acceptance, or the change waiting for assessment. On that case we agree what to reuse, what to adapt and what to build.
